Note: Apparently the folks in charge of the APTA broadcast that evening had not anticipated such a long meeting. At 1:29:22 in the meeting and as Bill Vogt was making his closing comments, the APTA programming feed was botched for about 48 seconds. Since this MP3 was encoded from their live feed (rather than a rebroadcast where they may have fixed the problem), it contains the APTA programming glitch. We’re just letting you know because:
