NOTE: the Commission Agenda page (referenced directly above) is rarely if ever updated in a timely fashion by the city’s Information Technology staff. They typically don’t update that page until late on Thursday which is just a few days prior to the subsequent Monday commission meeting. Therefore, citizens are typically left with only 1 or 2 business days at most to ask questions or provide comments to commissioners prior to the upcoming meeting.
